It’s been quite a year for us at Space Bullet. Our precious baby, Vox Machninae, launched into Early Access (Incidentally Jakub’s actual-baby Henry launched into this world 3 weeks before release) to much fanfare and critical reception.
Since the launch, we’ve been rolling out a steady stream of updates to expand gameplay in addition to squashing bugs, tweaking for balance, and putting in little quality-of-life improvements. Here’s just some highlights from the updates we’ve released since the last post (for upto-date changelogs and increment updates, join our DISCORD or check out our Steam Community Page):
So when we said 2018 was going to be the year of Vox, we really meant it.
But guess what! 2019 is ALSO going to be the year of Vox, as we’re just getting started.
We’re currently reorganising and relocating our HQ offices to facilitate expanding our workforce/output.
This’ll allow our team to bring Vox Machinae to other platforms while simultaneously improving the game with new features and content.
The next content update will start production soon, though it may take us another few weeks to get those engines revving again (but once we do kick back into gear, it’ll be like going from a V6 engine to a V12!).
So as always stay tuned for more on what’s in store for Vox, and we’ll see you on the battlefield!
